By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

A.M.A Postpartum Care provides non-medical in-home postpartum support. Our services are not a substitute for medical care from a licensed healthcare provider.

Bookings and Payment

• All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment through Stripe
• Prices are in Canadian Dollars and subject to 13% HST
• Booking confirmation is sent to the email provided at checkout

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 72 hours before a visit — full refund or one free reschedule
• Within 72 hours — non-refundable, one free reschedule
• Same-day cancellations — non-refundable
• Refunds processed within 5 to 10 business days

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate health and household information at booking
• Notify us of any medical conditions or special requirements beforehand
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for our team members

Health and Safety

Our specialists follow all applicable public health guidelines. If a team member is unwell, we will arrange a replacement or reschedule. Please notify us if anyone in your household is unwell before a visit.

Limitation of Liability

A.M.A provides supportive, non-medical care. We are not liable for medical outcomes. Clients should maintain regular contact with their healthcare providers throughout the postpartum period.
