By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
A.M.A Postpartum Care provides non-medical in-home postpartum support. Our services are not a substitute for medical care from a licensed healthcare provider.
Bookings and Payment
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment through Stripe
- Prices are in Canadian Dollars and subject to 13% HST
- Booking confirmation is sent to the email provided at checkout
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 72 hours before a visit — full refund or one free reschedule
- Within 72 hours — non-refundable, one free reschedule
- Same-day cancellations — non-refundable
- Refunds processed within 5 to 10 business days
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health and household information at booking
- Notify us of any medical conditions or special requirements beforehand
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for our team members
Health and Safety
Our specialists follow all applicable public health guidelines. If a team member is unwell, we will arrange a replacement or reschedule. Please notify us if anyone in your household is unwell before a visit.
Limitation of Liability
A.M.A provides supportive, non-medical care. We are not liable for medical outcomes. Clients should maintain regular contact with their healthcare providers throughout the postpartum period.
